Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the rbaj platform and all related services. By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any service, you automatically agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

rbaj reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. If you continue to use the platform after updated Terms are published, it will be considered that you have accepted the changes. You are advised to review this page regularly.

Account Opening Eligibility

To open an account and use services on the rbaj platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age — this platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must be legally capable of using services of this kind.
• You must open an account in your own name and for your own use — managing an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• One person may only open one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of this platform's policy.
• All information you provide must be true, accurate and up to date.

rbaj may request documents for age verification at any time. rbaj reserves the right to suspend an account if the required documents are not provided.

Accepted Payment Methods & Limits

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the rbaj platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• The payment method used for deposits and the method used for withdrawals must be the same.
• Sending funds to a third-party account or accepting deposits from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

rbaj reserves the right to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal request. Any transaction fees applicable to deposits and withdrawals will be determined according to the relevant payment service provider's policy.

Welcome Bonus

rbaj offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.
• If you deposit ৳22,000, you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳32,000.

This bonus applies only once and only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account.

Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable. The wagering requirement for rbaj bonuses is 10 times (10x), applicable to the bonus amount only (not the combined total of deposit and bonus).

Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings.

• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Certain games or bet types may not contribute to the wagering requirement — contact support for details.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within a specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.
• rbaj reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion.

Bonus Abuse is Prohibited

Using multiple accounts, providing false information, or employing any other fraudulent method to gain bonus benefits may result in rbaj immediately closing the account and cancelling any accumulated bonus or winnings.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rbaj platform:

• Using any automated software (bots), scripts or programs to conduct betting or gaming.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Committing money laundering or other financial crimes through the platform.
• Harassing, threatening or discriminating against other users of the platform.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fake information.

In the event of any of the above violations, rbaj reserves the right to suspend or close the account without notice and forfeit the associated balance.

VIP Tiers & Benefits

rbaj's loyalty program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Users can gradually advance to higher tiers by staying regularly active. Each tier comes with specific additional benefits, and rbaj reserves the right to modify the loyalty program terms at any time.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the rbaj website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other elements — is protected under rbaj's intellectual property rights. Reproduction, distribution or modification of any part of this content without prior written permission is prohibited, except for personal and non-commercial use.

Content from game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming) is subject to their respective intellectual property policies.

Service Availability

rbaj strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times, however temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, network issues or other unavoidable reasons. rbaj does not accept liability for compensation in such circumstances.

Gaming Risk

Online betting and gaming inherently carry financial risk. You may lose all or part of the amount you bet. rbaj is not responsible for any financial loss arising from a user's gaming decisions. Gaming should be done entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Severability & Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and other published policies together form the entire agreement between rbaj and the user. No oral or written promise outside this agreement will be binding unless it is incorporated into these Terms.

Changes to Terms & Notification

rbaj may update these Terms at any time. Users may be contacted through their account in the event of significant changes. However, it is each user's own responsibility to review this page regularly.
